Buckled flats: designer or just inspired

In a soft warm grey tone. Authenticity is questionable and there is a missing gem on left buckle and not sure of authentication as I bought these from a second hand shop (price reflects this) Lovely shoes, but my feet can no longer be crammed into them. Size: 38EU or 8US
