Buddha lotus locket coin pendant

A very interesting piece that consists of a coin or medallion with a Buddha on one side and a lotus on the other side. The coin or medallion fits in a locket like piece. The lotus side appears worn commensurate with age. I put a chain on it but you may have one more to your liking.
