Beautiful leather Buddy Belt! These Canadian made dog harnesses are amazing! Very durable, our Pitbull used this for 8 years. It still has plenty of life in it and the leather is nice and soft from gentle wear (our dog was very lazy).

Signs of wear are pictured and it is priced accordingly. Sizing can be found on buddy-belt.com but for reference, was worn by a 60lb dog.

I’ve never seen this type of harness before; I would have to assume that this would eliminate the problem of the harness sliding from one side or the other, depending on how you pull the leash?

@col636 The leash hooks basically between the dog's shoulder blades, so it is very secure. Our girl would get very excited when she spotted a squirrel so it was great to have such a durable harness. It doesn't go near the throat so no chance of choking or harming the neck.

Ok, thanks! I’ll have to see if this will fit our German shepherd, she’s only 8 months, but the harnesses we have for our lab just don’t fit her properly. It cracked me up how you wrote that it’s not worn out because your dog was lazy, very funny!
