Buffalo Dress with Cherries

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lissawithtwos. Loved it, but I haven’t worn it since purchasing. Very cute with blue and white vertical stripes and the embroidered cherry print! No stretch. Big ruffle at the back with a single tie. Was new with tags when I bought it, I removed them and washed it but I never wore it other than to try it on. Bust: 20.5” Length: 34”
