Buffalo Relaxed raw edge jeans

Love these more relaxed fit Buffalo jeans. They are more light in colour, most similar to modeled photo. I love them, they are just too tight for me now. Sit at my ankle, I am 5'4". I don't understand what the tag is telling me for size, but I am a 27 waist and they fit there. They are just tight in my thighs Pet-free smoke-free home
