Bundle James Perse size 1 shorts

I would say these have been worn very little, reasons why they have the white marks is I think it’s because we use powder detergent and that’s the residue…but I’m not 100 certain hence price. Thick material , size 1 , for some reason the olive green color is slight wider in waist see pics… the spots are pictured and only really noticeable when up close Pls manage expectations for used and new items. Pls know your sizes for certain brands. Measurements provided are approximate. My husband is generally a medium across the board for clothes and pants
