toronto11 @dianegregory150 Hi there! Apologies for the late reply… I just had the bag polished by my local leather care shop. It looks beautiful. All scratches are gone and she’s a definite 8.5/10. Of course she’s been worn but the leather looks new, the outside cotton doesn’t have any marks and the inside is clean and intact. The strap worn crossbody is adjustable. I’ll take a pic as I usually wear it.

toronto11 @heathergropp Hi! For reference, I am 5’2”. On the shortest hole, it will hang 20” from your shoulder but you can easily have a cobler/shoe repair punch more holes in it if you want it to hang higher. 😊💕
