Burgundy Wrap Style Blouse

This burgundy wrap style blouse from Francesca’s has puff sleeves that gather around the wrist and a button to hold it closed around the bust. Seriously in love with the boho feel of this blouse but sadly it doesn’t fit me anymore. Only worn a handful of times. Size says XL but it fits very small, I’d say more like a M
