Burgundy dress with crochet detail *brand new*

Purchased as a gift from Amazon but it doesn’t fit. It’s brand new and has never been worn. The tag on the dress says 3XL but it fits like a large! It’s a beautiful burgundy colour with lace/crochet detail at the top and bottom and has open shoulder detail. It Would be a great dress for any upcoming holiday parties!
