Burgundy mini dress

NWT, never worn. Burgundy dress with cut outs at the side and a small slit at the back. Size medium, feel it fits slightly small. Was a gift and tag says it was $133 and was 30% off. Seems over priced, wouldn’t have paid more than $60 full price. There is some scuffing at the bottom, and a bulled thread. Also a loose thread at a cutout (attached pictures) Top (shoulder) to bottom 35.5inches Chest (armpit to armpit) 14inches
