Burgundy velvet cropped long sleeve wrap holiday blouse

This little cropped number is great for your upcoming holiday parties! 🎄❄️✨💖 Sporting a deep V with a wrap like knot in the centre. Tight fitting and not real velvet, but the deep cherry colour is rich. Tags were cut out, brand and size are unknown. Lining appears to be polyester. No notable flaws, in good used condition. Measurements (these are flat lay measurements) Pit to pit: 15” Shoulder to bottom hem: 15.5” Bust: 16” Waist: 13.5” I would say this fits similarly to a straight size L and would be pretty tight as an XL.
