Burn Out Velvet Y2K Strappy Formal Dress Pale Peach and Periwinkle

Spaghetti strap formal dress circa 1998. Burn out devore velvet with pale cream/peach ground and periwinkle purple floral velvet. Full length, low back, bias cut. Tag says size 6, but fits more like a 4. Made in Canada! There is a small run in the fabric around the back left neckline. Worn once, so otherwise, in almost new condition. 100% polyester bust: 15" waist: 14" hip: 18" length (from high point shoulder to hem): 58" (please note, all measurements are approximate, it is difficult to measure precisely due to being bias cut, but fit me when I was a size 4)
