Burnt orange suede leather button up dress

Very soft, bought in a vintage store, EUC. No size tag, I'm a 12 and busty and I can't do it up around the top, fits my friend who is a size 4. Front belt loop needs a quick stitch. I've been wearing it as cover up sweater but it needs a forever home.
