elisiabanks @floortje1 hi! So the waist is roughly 17 inches across, so the circumference would be around 34 inches. There is also velcro straps inside the waist so that they can be adjusted. I also noticed a little black mark on the butt. I’ve added the picture so you can see. I am going to wash them to see if it’ll come out and it just got a bit dusty sitting in the closet.
