Butterfly Wing Taxidermy Tray Vintage Souvenir Giftware From Brazil

Vintage novelty souvenir tray from Curitiba, Brazil. The glass top is reverse painted with butterfly wing taxidermy underneath to make a lovely countryside scene with mountains, a lake, trees, fields, and a cabin. There are a variety of types of wings used including beautiful iridescent blue/purple wings and brown/yellow/white. It is set into a wood tray with handles. The words "Lembrança de Curitiba" are carved into the bottom edge of the tray. Good vintage condition. There is a bit of wear on the wood of the tray. Measures 14.5" long by 7 1/4" wide. The glass panel is 9 1/4" by 5 3/8"
