This Butterick pattern is a cross promotion one done by Patterns by Gertie and has a vintage retro flare. It is rated average and includes: lined dress with bias shoulder straps extending into band, bias pleated bra with stay, princess seams, close-fitting, boned bodice, inside belt and back zipper. Never been used and all pieces uncut. This pattern is size D5 (12-14-16-18-20) which according to the size chart on the pattern is waist 26.5 inch to 34. Please note: sewing patterns do NOT follow size ranges for retail clothing stores. Please see back of package for size chart and  required materials to make dresses.
