Button up blouse with balloon sleeves and ruffle

This amazing blouse is soooo cute! It has a lovely print and a nice heavy, cozy material, perfect for fall or winter. (95% polyester, 5% spandex) it is very comfortable and has a fantastic amount of stretch to it. It features a lovely feminine ruffle going around the shoulder area giving it a fun western spin.
