Buttoned Blue Dress with Tie Straps and Star Pattern

Worn less than 5 times and still in excellent condition. Great casual looking midi dress for summer. There is a row of buttons on the front, and the chest area is full of elastics. Tie straps looks a bit frayed on the ends, but it’s tied up and will not run. Plus it looked like that when I purchased it new. Slight pulling around the arm area from wear. You could shave it off, but I didn’t want to risk it due to the elastics being there. It looks like black in pictures but it’s actually dark blue.
