Buttons Necklace Unusual Gold and Brown Plastic 16 in drop

Very pretty yet unusual Necklace made of Buttons with Gold plastic Knobs and Thread strong through them. No closure - over the head. The necklace is 16 inches drop. *please note that some of the little gold knobs have some discolouration* Not sure of the age of this piece.
