Hi there! Thanks for stopping by to shop :) Here are some things to note: - condition is to be assumed as good gently used, like new or new with tags. This will be described in listing or during the shows. Any flaws/ marks will not noted. Gently used may consist of minimal piling, no sagging fabric, no major odour etc. - all items are second hand! Although we were not the original owner, we are a smoke/ scentfree home and don't pick up items that carry scent. - we are pet friendly! Though we try our best you may find the occasional pet hair. - if you are unhappy with your item, if it is not as described please send us a message to discuss. Keep in mind we don't control how the items may fit and if there are concerns please reach out for additional measurements. - we try our very best to ship next day, however we are family run and situations beyond our control may prevent this.
