By Together smocked maxi dress in dusty sage

Brand new with tags By Together maxi dress. Never been worn, only tried on. Beautiful dress for the summer time or as a fall transition piece. I have included photos of the same dress in a different colour - this dress is “dusty sage”, a gorgeous green. I am 5’2” and the dress hits just at the top of my feet.
