C. Luce Floral Print High Low Dress

Gorgeous black high low dress that comes in perfectly at the waist and flares out. Has pockets, a silky slip under layer, and rose detailing all over. In excellent used condition, only worn to three events. Has super small red stain on skirt, which ive taken a close up picture of, as well as a far away pic where I’ve circled the location of the smudge. 14 inch waist laying flat, shoulder to front hem is 35.5 inches, shoulder to back hem is 43 inches, bust is 16.5 inches. Im 5’7 for reverence.
