GUC. Photo 12 shows a minor stain on a sleeve and photo 13 shows it is missing a button (first button from top) BUT it does come with spare buttons as seen in photo 11 (not noticeable without button as you can see from the first couple of photos that the lapel still holds up). This is a men's coat but is comparable to a women's XL. Can be unisex. MEASUREMENTS ARMPIT TO ARMPIT: Approx 25 inches SHOULDER TO BOTTOM HEM (LENGTH): Approx 35 inches
