CANADIAN DESIGNER Serendipity by Kelsey McIntyre handmade A Line wool owl skirt

Kelsey McIntyre is a Canadian designer who had her own line, Serendipity for a while. now she works with Kathryn Bass Bridal in Vancouver. This skirt is sooooooo cute! I really don’t want to sell this one but I am allergic to wool. And this is ALL wool. I bought it because it was just so cute. It was handmade at a local store. The waist is more of a 5 than a 6, and the skirt is full. It is a great skirt for winter. The little owl is just adorable. Who wouldn’t love this skirt!?!? Waist is 14 inches. .
