This is by the WORLD RECORD CORP; ONTARIO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION.  The record is in a good clean condition with little wear to the vinyl. She won the Governor General`s Award twice, in 1944 for 'Day and Night', and again in 1947 for 'People'. Al Purdy (1918 - 2000) was born in 1918, in Wooler, Ontario.
