What is the waist measurement and how much fabric is there to take out the waist?

@bugmoolaceazy 18” lying flat (I added a pic) and approximately 2” of fabric at the back seam. Sorry I’m not sure if that answers your question and I’m not familiar with how much that means it can be let out.
