telitabobita @maude_fd Hi... the size charts are included in photos. I am sure 3X is the same as XXXL...see the chart to verify your size. If you are bettween sizes they say to go one size larger.I made a note of that in the posting I haven't tried them on...I opened one package to have a look...there seems to be abit of padding. I have white and black...

telitabobita according to the chart you would need a medium and XL...? I had to go up one size for myself because I am kinda of bettween sizes. they do suggest you do so in that case.The chart is in the last post.. The 3XL will not fit.. the large may work for the medium...? However that would be your decision. I can tell you that I love mine.
