CARGO JEANS WOMENS PETITE OR GIRLS (skinny)

These are a very nice pair of jeans, sturdily made. I am a disgruntled buyer of these jeans on Poshmark to which I only received them yesterday. They were nowhere near a Women's size 28 and I knew this as soon as I removed them from the packaging. As you can see the tag shows 28-0 as the size which as far as I know means Petite or Girl's. This tag was not shown when I bought them. So i am therefore trying to resell and recoup the cost plus shipping and taxes that I paid.
