CARTISE, 10, White dress, with cut outs

CARTISE White Dress Size 10 Canada (USA Size 8) Excellent Pre-loved Condition White dress with cut out polka dot design. Has a lining but it is light material (Should go under the knees on most people) 100% Polyester Zipper down side. Flaws to note: Tiny makeup mark on inside lining top by the neck part (It doesn't show on the outside of the dress.) One of the cutout polkadots is ripped a little, but dress is still adorable. One of the inside hanger straps has been cut (still can hang up, dress without it). There are very tiny flaws on the outside because outside material is delicate, but still a fresh, gorgeous & fun summer dress! Only two of the cut outs/ polka dots have minor flaws, the only noticeable one is on the lower back part, so it really doesn't affect the look when wearing!
