tabbytails @dogmom524 20.5 inches pit to pit. 35 inch length. if you don’t mind showing your legs - this is a dress - i would wear it as a dress - but it’s versatile and could be a tunic as well - def. up to the wearer! i’ve listed shorter free people ‘dresses’ LOL!
