Canadian Border Services 3 in 1 parka. Basically new condition. This is a super nice, super warm gvnmt issue uniform jacket. Reflective detail at rear of neck and at sleeve cuff roll up. Side zip access for I presume gun or other service tools. Inner and outer jacket can be worn on their own. Velcro fest pad for patch or whatnot. Mid wait draw cord.
