Hi! Is there a closure, or just a button at the top?
Also, is the elastic at the bottom tight?

@bonnipun hi! No sorry no zipper nor closure at front other than the interlocking CC button at top. It is loosely gathered more for the cut than fit and pretty much hangs straight down, it’s not tighter at the bottom. I tried to take more photos and just added. Thanks for your interest 😊

@bonnipun sure- pic posted, 60% rayon 40% triacetate 10% polyester (think same in English as French) and lining is 100% silk
