Measurements: PTP 19 inches; length front 22 inches; length back 21 1/2 inches No labels, selling as a none brand item Original equipment manufacturers usually get 10-20 % material more than the orders from the brand company. And need to make about 10% more than the order in case some damage due to shipping and handling, as well as waste and defects. After they fulfill the orders; they are allowed to use the leftover material making same or similar items depending upon how much material left and the agreement with brands.
