CHAPS Petite Black Stretch Velvet Dome Front Light Jacket, Size Medium

This is a sweet and so very soft dome front unlined waist length jacket made by Chaps. It is stretch velvet in 96% polyester and 4% elastane so it will wash up easily. It would look great over a pair of jeans or a skirt. It is a petite medium and measures 19 inches from pit to pit with shoulder to hem length at 20.5 inches. It is in like new condition.
