CHARLOTTE RUSSE white heart back dress

This is a very flattering dress by Charlotte Russe, worn once for my bridal shower. The top is made of a thin stretchy material whereas the skirt is made of a thick and spongy material which always maintains it's shape and does not wrinkle. It has a beautiful sweetheart neckline and heart back detail to create a bit of an open back while still looking elegant. Made in the USA.
