The measurements are approximately 17" at the waistband, 11" rise, 27" inseam and 9" opening at the bottom of the pant leg. I am 5'2 and these are a perfect length. NOTE: This is for 2 pairs as one has a small flaw/snag on the back of the leg (see photo). It is not noticeable as it is on the back of the thigh area. There is still alot of wear left in these scrub pants. These have never been dried in a dryer, always hung to dry. 94% polyester and 6% spandex.
