CHICO'S Red Cheetah Print Blouse Size 3 XL/16

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tomorrowsthread. Tried on, but not worn since I received it. The listing indicated 3X so I was expecting a much larger size. However, this is a Chico's size 3 which is equivalent of size 16 or XL. Size chart indicates bust size 42"-43", therefore too small for what I wanted.
