is it marked size 18 inside? The CS website says that their size 18 is a 46" bust and a 48" hip - does this dress line up with that?

And that seems off …. I’ll take measurements for you…
Shoulder to shoulder 19 inches
pit to pit is 23 inches
Waist is 24.5 inches
Bottom hem 22.5inches
All measurements taken lying flat and are approximate
Keep in mind it is stretchy
