Stretchy! Well made! Material kerps you cook when it’s hot in the office that’s for sure. I love this SO MUCH but it no longer fits. It really hugs your figure and flatters any shape (I have apple). There are minor stains on the back (pictured) and some piling near the patch. Kept in a smoke/pet hair free home
