The dress features a band of elastic just under the chest above the waist, cross over front, cold shoulder cap sleeves with detail ties and a tie at the neck that ties in the back. This dress is perfect for any vacation! 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Size Medium. The measurements are approximately 18" from pit to pit, 49" from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress.
