CJ Banks navy capris

CJ Banks capris in navy, size 18W. These are NWOT, as they were ordered on-line, and didn’t fit, but never returned. Have 2 small pockets on front, none in back. Waist 19.5 in Length is 31 1/2 inches. Nice material with 4% spandex, so have a little stretch.
