CJLA Celia Wrap Dress

Celia is a beautiful chiffon ruffled wrap dress with a separate slip underneath. This dress is seriously good, so elegant and feels heavy / good quality. The floral outer wrap dress is so dainty and intricate. I've never actually had the occasion to wear it beyond trying it on so it's just been in my closet. Smoke free pet friendly home.
