Flowy summer shorts with a tie waist by Carly Jean Los Angeles. Hardly worn. Smoke Free Pet Friendly home (cat doesn't go in closet). Selling because I'm moving and I need to cut down on my clothes. stephwors @kristygl Hey Kristy, sorry for the delayed response - I thought I pressed send on this! It's a bit of a higher rise / flowy drop gusset seam so the rise is 16" and then the inseam is 4" from that seam. Hope that helps :)
