CLEARANCE XS H&M Sky Blue Dress with Circle Skirt

Beautiful dress with circle skirt and princess seams. This is a true XS or even XXS - the smallest point is the underbust measurement at 26". Two issues to note: a tiny pink dot on one strap, and a very faint discolouration under the armpit (both pictured). This dress is just begging to be twirled in!
