Made in Korea. The tinted lip tattoo is brand new never used not even opened in 1 Bloody Cherry color. The eyebrow/tattoo pen is opened and used twice in 1 Earth brown color. They are both double sided each with a tinted tattoo marker/pen shape for a semi permanent look over time. It’s pretty cool! Comes as a make up set. Opened box in excellent condition.
