fashionboost @smileyy_shaee yes it's a scam! There are a ton of accounts leaving comments on people's listings saying to email them. If you email them, they'll steal your information! So glad you asked me first!!

fashionboost @r_country yes of course! The majority of people are good but sometimes you will come across scammers. The best things to do is NEVER message someone outside of poshmark, video record your packaging of the item you sell (just so you have proof that you sent the correct item), and don't trade unless you absolutely know for sure that the person is trustworthy!

How long does a buyer have to decide if they want to return? I’m just a lil’ skeptical...but I don’t want it to stop me from being an active on posh.

fashionboost @r_country poshmark is really good about taking care of problems that happen with scammers so you shouldn't be too skeptical! And I keep the video until they accept it and rate me on here! They have 3 days after the system registers the package as delivered to inspect the item then either accept or request a return! Poshmark reviews all cases and sometimes doesn't let the person return (so just make sure your descriptions are as accurate as possible to make sure no one wants to return!)

fashionboost @r_country on a listing where you press comment, underneath should be a button that says add to bundle! You can do that with as many items from a person's closet as you'd like. After that you can make an offer on the whole bundle or just purchase it right away!

fashionboost @r_country as soon as you accept the offer, the money will go to your "pending balance" and then you get the money shifted automatically to your available funds on poshmark. From there, you can request a direct deposit or a check and they will walk you through the process to make sure you put in all the right info!

fashionboost @r_country yes! Every time you get a package, you go to "my purchases" and click the one you got. It'll have have a blue button that says "accept order" and it'll ask you to pick 1-5 stars and if you choose 5 stars you can leave an optional comment that displays on their profile as a "love note"!

fashionboost @starbucks8186 hello. Whenever someone purchases an item, the seller (in this case, me) receives a notification to ship the item that has been sold. Only a buyer is able to make purchases in this way, it’s not controlled by the seller or poshmark. Poshmark sends an email at the time of purchase and gives you 3 hours to cancel if it was an accidental purchase, sadly there is nothing we can do as it has already been shipped.

fashionboost @ihavenicethings hello! That’s a great question! When a seller uses the “Offers to Likers” tool, they have to send discounted shipping and at least 10% off of their price! If a seller sends an offer through the bundle feature, they can offer any price even if it’s only $1 and they aren’t required to offer discounted shipping. I hope that helps!
