Hi! I’m Annette. Some of my favorite brands are JAG Jeans, American Eagle, Gap and a variety of vintage things. A lot of my items are vtg and some new with tags and nwot .please keep in mind I will wash pre owned before I list please be willing to wash or dry clean even when it's NWT OR NWOT I will not except returns due to how it smells .when you buy nice new clothes in other stores or consignment stores they sometimes have a smell so when you can get a great deal on a new item just wash it and enjoy your great deal. junipercurl @saveddd1 Hi! Thanks for your comment. I’ve been on Poshmark since 2016 and only really started selling in 2017. It took a while. I’m now a Posh Ambassador, which helps. Don’t get depressed. It also took me a while for more people to follow me, but the new designation helps. You’ll start selling more soon. The you share, others will share yours to their followers, which gives you new leads. Keep going!

kativa5 Hello! I looked the jewelry in your closet. I think you should ask whatever you feel is fair market value. First, I do a search on similar items on Google. Also, I look on Poshmark to see what other people are selling their similar items for. For example, your shell earrings are very unique. You might indeed get $35 for them.

kativa5 I didn’t find anything similar online. So next, consider the condition. It looks like there is a scratch on one of the shell surfaces. This will bring down the price of the earring. I suggest you try $35 at see what happens. If you willing to part with it for less, then do so. It’s more or less a trial and error. The easiest way to search for something is if you have a makers Mark on it. You could really find out the prices for your jewelry that way.

kativa5 Lastly, you can do searches for testing Bakelite. The best way I have found to do this is to use rub a small dot of simichrome using a swab on the back of the plastic piece of jewelry. If it turns yellow or orange, then it is most likely Bakelite. You are actually rubbing off the patina that causes the color to turn yellow. You only use a small amount, so the tube lasts a long time. It is a polishing paste. It is a little pricey at $12 a tube, but it will last you a really long time.

The time it takes to photograph, wash, prep store ??? Posh is saturated for sure. I’ve had luck selling it’s just too much time having to share. I prefer the Bay!

It gives you 3 or 4 options. Block her!! Then say ok when the white box comes up. Or yes. Can’t remember what the white box says. Then she won’t be able to get in your closet and she won’t be doing that anymore. Do that to anyone you don’t want to deal with sweetie💕
