CLUB MONACO vintage 2000s Y2K fortuny pleated lined white skirt

Pretty, fine pleated organza skirt. Great for layering or wearing as is. Fully lined. Grosgrain waistband. Side seam zipper. It says dry clean only, but I've washed it on gentle and hung to dry, and it's perfectly fine! Size 10. Please refer to photos for measurements. In excellent preloved condition.
