I actually picked up this bag a few months ago - really nice thick leather. You can't really add a crossbody strap to it though, there are no attachments on the side (I did try it with the metal on the handle strap but it didn't hang right). It holds things that are about magazine size, but not my laptop (possibly a smaller one). I hung a large coach leather flat floral charm on it and it looks fantastic - it's a really cool bag if you don't mind carrying bags by hand.
