COACH x JEAN-MICHEL BASQUIAT RARE Coach purse that was created as a collaboration piece with a known artist from the 80’s. He passed away in 1988. Basquiat is still to this day considered a ground-breaking artist in the neo-expressionism art movement. A young artist who’s art work dealt with themes of racism, classism, colonialism and other power structures and their effects on U.S. society. He is also known to have dated Madonna. Only selling this because I have yet to use it and ut has been sitting around for a while - someone who appreciates art and the value and meaning behind this purse, would have better use for it. It is very unique and gorgeous. I am open to offers as well!
